For sale! Downsizing senior and original owner offering a very nice Luxman turntable. No longer have the room or need for a vintage system, so here it is. The Turntable: absolutely wonderful cosmetic condition. The rosewood veneer is perfect as well as the aluminum and stainless-steel trim and plinth. No scratches, dings, bumps or otherwise. The original heavy acrylic dustcover is also blemish free. No swirls or scratches. Always cleaned with a soft cloth and a little Windex. The arm board is the standard slot configuration and has not been drilled, cut or modified in any way. The motor keeps accurate pitch in both speeds, and although the strobe lamp is out, it is visible under the right light. The original captive power cord is fine as well as the four adjustable feet. The mat is an upgraded Herbies Audio " Way Excellent" mat specific to this model. The original faux suede mat began to disintegrate a while back and had to be replaced. This dampened mat is awesome! The original manual for this turntable is included in the sale as well as the original Luxman machined aluminum 45 RPM spindle adapter. The Arm: original to the turntable. Cosmetics and function are perfect. The dampened cuing and anti-skate are spot on. The arm comes with the Medium Counterweight accommodating cartridges weighing 4.3 to 7.5 grams. Sorry, the Low and Heavy weights were lost long ago. The original ADC tone arm cable is installed. This is a standard straight DIN plug facilitating an easy upgrade if desired. Also included is a copy of the arm manual and an extra boxed NOS head shell. And just to be clear, no cartridge, is in fact, offered with this sale. Last but not least is a cartridge alignment protractor specific to this arm.
