Sales Training and Development, Manager

Responsibilities: Lead the training and development functions for the sales organization Analyze overall training needs and developing the plans, programs, methodologies, and schedules necessary to meet the defined needs to train and develop the CT Corporation teams in a cost-effective manner Develop plans to help ensure that we have the appropriate skills and knowledge developed throughout the organization Develop annual strategic plans, write quarterly tactical plans, manage training staff that will implement training, conduct needs analysis for training and development for the business unit Oversee the development of instructional materials and evaluation tools, source third party vendors and negotiate contracts and develop new deliver channels Participate in training facilitation, work with stakeholders throughout the organization on special training needs and events Qualifications:   A minimum of five years of training and development experience; including staff management, working with external consultants and vendors, consulting with management on individual training and development issues, and project management Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience; Master's degree from an accredited college or university preferred Thorough understanding of training systems design and implementation, adult learning principles, and training and development theory Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Ability to travel up to 15% #18-21404

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
