Technical Skills:

Integration of NIMRS and Justice Center systems for mandated information management and monitoring.
Working with project stakeholders and ITS manager and technical team to design business rules for developing/modifying modules to integrate with existing internal and external modules.
Use Microsoft Visual Studio 2010/2012 to implement new business rules as well as maintain application code using VB.Net, C#.Net, JavaScript, AJAX, XML and HTML.
Use TOAD to Create Oracle stored procedures and packages.
Use Subversion as a repository for the source code, for checking code in and out and for tracking project work items.
Use Crystal Reports/.Net/TOAD for Oracle to create new/enhance existing reports.
Perform unit testing on all code changes.
Desirable Qualifications

1.72 Months Demonstrated experience programming web based applications in C#.Net, VB.Net in a Multi-Tier environment.
2.36 Months Demonstrated experience using PL/SQL coding stored procedures, packages, indexes, etc. using Oracle as the Database.
3.72 Months Demonstrated experience with Ajax, XML, JavaScript, Cascading Style Sheets, and HTML.
4.48 Months Demonstrated experience designing and invoking Crystal Reports from web based applications.
5.36 Months Demonstrated experience developing Applications for complex Health related records in organizations including Federal and State government.
6.36 Months Demonstrated experience using a Data Manipulation Tool for Oracle such as Toad.
7.12 Months Demonstrated experience with Subversion using source code management.
8.12 Months Demonstrated experience working in an Agile development environment.
