Job Description
Executive Assistant who will provide overall support for the Chief Executive Officer and coordinates the daily administrative management of the Executive Office. He/she also performs accounting assignments at the direction of the Executive Officer. Serving as liaison with other members of the staff, this person works under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer.

Extremely organized with the ability to work on and manage multiple tasks concurrently within demanding deadlines
Bookkeeper Job Duties:
Develops system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.
Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.
Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries.
Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
Maintains historical records by filing documents.
Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions.
Contributes by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications:
Must have 3-5 years executive assistant and accounting experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
