Business Analyst - Repo/SQL

Looking for a Repo BA (VP level position), with the following skill set:
Proven experience (preferably 7 yrs of experience), as a BA, with Repo trading business.
Must have proven experience working directly with traders
Must have experience with financial instruments, mainly with fixed income securities
Must have experience identifying business/functional requirements
Must have experience discovering and documenting business and Information Technology (IT) processes and workflows
Must have project management experience
MS Project
SQL
Any software C+
development experience is a plus.
Experience with Martini application - Major plus.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
