Position
Summary:
As a Loss Control Engineer, you will perform Energy underwriting support in accordance to AIG Engineering Standards. Position includes providing a technical resource for the Energy profit center for external produced reports and account underwriting. Function includes performing property loss control surveys, resurveys, and Jurisdictional Inspections and product quality reports; as well as customer liaison and relationship management. The Ideal Candidate Should Have:
10 years Property Insurance Energy loss control experience with specific skill set in oil, gas, petrochemical or chemical market
Degree in Engineering Sciences preferred or equivalent industry experience
Self Starter, organized and detailed oriented
Able to manage substantial workflow under pressure
Flexible with time - position requires travel, overnight and occasional weekend activities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point) American International Group, Inc.
