Jewelry Store Managers
Managers must demonstrate strong sales knowledge and training ability to assist the Jewelry store in achieving sales goals. The Manager will direct the daily retail operations of the store.
MUST HAVE 3 5 YEARS JEWELRY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
Key responsibilities include:
Ability to generate sales to exceed store sales goals
Involve your teammates in the sales presentation to overcome customers objections and close additional sales
Develop selling skills in team members to achieve and exceed store goals
Ability to provide outstanding customer service to each and every guest
Recruit top-performing associates
The ideal candidate will possess:
Ability to supervise others to achieve results
Superior communication skills
Proven history of selling in a commission environment
Flexibility to work with a variety of personalities
MUST have three to five years of jewelry retail management experience
Ability to relocate is a plus
Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
This position is very lucrative including great benefits an aggressive bonus program and a relocation package.
