ADI is hiring an Administrative Assistant in Feura Bush, NY!
In this Position you will be Responsible for:

Tracking employee attendance, tardies time off request, PTO, vacation, etc.
Answering phone calls
Assisting with Customer Services
Keep a log of all employees hire dates, EID, OP ID , scan gun #'s and history of purchase of safety shoes
Keep a PO Log and enter invoice that comes in with vendor info, part number, product and cost
Assist hub manager with payroll accuracy and process expense reports
Ensure new hires complete starting day safety
classes
, have a time clock badge and are set up in E Charge.
Create exit reviews for the NE Hub in Microsoft Publisher
On site I-9 administrator
Keep a daily log of OT for each department, informing Supervisors when they are over
Will be responsible for creating Excel spread sheets, calculations, utilize pivot tables, V-lookups etc.
Additional duties as assigned


Minimum Qualifications Required:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 3 years experience as an Administrative Assistant
Additional Qualifications Preferred:
Ability to learn quickly, and think outside the box
Strong work ethic, do what it takes to get the job done-approach, while maintaining high business ethical standards
Strong customer service, organization, and multi-tasking abilities
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience in supporting HR functions
Self motivated, able to work independently without close supervision, and have a team mentality
Goal oriented
Professional appearance and demeanor
Positive can-do attitude
Proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook
