How will you make an impact in this role?Colleague Experience Technology team is looking for Oracle HCM Engineer role who will be responsible for owning and driving delivery for Oracle HCM platform.
This is the key opportunity for any individual who can design, develop, solve problems, debug, evaluate, modify, deploy, and document software and systems that meet Oracle standardsSoftware Development:
Perform technical aspects of software development for assigned applications including design, developing prototypes, coding assignments and working with API specs and automationFunction as a leader on an agile team by contributing to software builds through consistent development practices (tools, common components, and documentation)Delivers solutions to businesses worldwideDebug software components and identify code defects for remediationLeads the deployment, support, and monitoring of software across test, integration, and production environments.

Qualifications:
Prior Experience of Implementing Cloud HCM Core Module & Help DeskPrior experience of HCM Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validationPrior Experience of Multi Region / Country Oracle HCM Configuration & Administration Prior experience in customization (DFF and EFF), customization of reports, defining concurrent programs, defining value sets, defining form functions and functional setups.
Prior experience of conducting CRP (Conf room pilot) and fit gap analysis.
Expertise in development, implementation, and customization of Workflows Experienced with Full Project life cycle and well versed with agile & Waterfall AnalysisPrior experience of working with Oracle SR process for issue resolution & escalationFamiliar with Agile & Waterfall methodology.
Familiar with HCM ADP connector will be added advantagesNice to HavePrior knowledge of ORC, Talent, Compensation will advantagePrior experience of implementing, managing, provisioning security, and resolving security access problems will be advantages QualificationsSalary Range:
$110,000.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
