com is a service-oriented staffing/recruiting company dedicated to working closely with our clientsWe are currently hiring for a Part Time Maintenance Technician in Albany, NYTemporary to PermanentMonday to Friday, Part Time 20-25 hours per weekOn call rotation$18-20/hour DOECandidates must be skilled in drywall repair, painting, light plumbing, basic electrical, basic carpentry, and flooring; HVAC experience helpfulPosition is also responsible for grounds maintenance and snow removalMust be able to adapt to changing work prioritiesMust be self-motivated and enjoy working independently as well as on a teamMust have good communication skills for timely follow-up on work orders with team membersStrong customer service skills required and experience needed to interact with residents, contractors, fellow team members.
Requirements:
o Minimum 2
years prior maintenance skills -- drywall repair, painting, light plumbing, basic electrical, flooring, cleaning and general maintenance repair skills; HVAC helpful or will train.
o Prior apartment or home repair maintenance skills helpful.
