The Escalations & Risk Oversight (E&RO) Team is a 2nd LOD function within Credit Administration focused on:
Managing policies, procedures and other credit governanceOverseeing and monitoring the 1st LOD lending and portfolio management activitiesApproving credit actions that fall outside of the established boundary conditionProviding reporting and other documentation to and interacting with various third parties including the bank s regulatorsThe purpose of this role is to drive:
1) the execution of data and report generation from various dashboards and systems, 2) the preparation of meeting materials including the input of analytical insights, 3) the collection, documentation, and management of the team s various oversight and monitoring activities, 4) and the collaboration with the broader enterprise on various key initiatives.
Some of these processes exist today and would benefit from enhanced organization and refinement and some will be net new activities.
This is a multi-faceted position that requires familiarity of the organization s operational framework across multiple business units (Credit Administration, Loan Administration, Risk, Credit Review, Legal/Compliance) as well as a deep understanding of the business, regulatory and economic underpinnings that drive the bank s risk appetite.
ResponsibilitiesData Analysis & Reporting Development:
Closely monitor and analyze existing reporting tools and dashboards to understand loan portfolio trends, credit quality results, sector insights, pipeline and other performance against key controls.
Opportunity to enhance technical skillset in helping drive the development of new reporting dashboards, as well as continuing to evaluate and enhance reporting to meet the needs and evolution of the business.
Transforming the data insights extracted into executive communication, including presentations for Executive Management, the Board, Bank Regulators and other groups.
Critical thinking to understand and anticipate the key deliverables of the Head and business, proactively planning and supporting those needs to ensure early, high-quality delivery of materials and required preparation.
Utilize analytical skills, operational skills and knowledge, and risk assessment skills in evaluation, recommendation, and implementation of changes in credit oversight procedures.
Oversight Activities:
Planning and orchestrating periodic credit reviews, using the insights gained from the reporting to drive the subject matter and scope of these exercises.
Record, monitor and track the outputs of oversight practices to identify notable themes or inconsistencies.
Utilize analytical and risk assessment skills in combination with operational knowledge to evaluate, recommend, and implement improvements in credit oversight procedures.
Ongoing Support & Collaboration:
Provide real time support to the Credit Administration team as needed on overflow work with a wide set of responsibilities and tasks.
Collaborate primarily with the Risk organization and Loan Administration, but also with functions across the organization to drive forward and implement initiatives.
Assisting with all stages of credit and risk initiatives and projects across the organization, utilizing credit policy knowledge and portfolio management skills in identification and implementation of process improvements and control programs.
Provide recommendations for improvements and maintenance of controls and risk assessment.
The base pay for this position is relative to your experience but the range is generally $142,239.
00 to $213,359.
00 per year.
This position is eligible for variable compensation, which may be in the form of incentive, bonus, or commission pay.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or HS Diploma/GED and 7
years of experience.
Preferred
Qualifications:
4 or more years of banking experience and knowledge across several of credit and risk functions.
Existing familiarity with tableau, SharePoint, and nCino helpful, but not required.
Understanding of bank protocols across credit underwriting, loan underwriting systems, credit policy, operations, risk management and controls and relationship management.
Analytical, collaboration and communication skills.
Must be organized and possess strong attention to detail.
Proven ability to lead simultaneous assignments and produce results in time-sensitive circumstances.
Previous success knowing when to take ownership of and drive processes, but also knowing when to escalate or engage others.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
