____THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESWe are hiring a Director / Principal level leader who can draw on a career deep in software engineering or architecture to help us sell and smoothly deliver large transformational projects with significant technical aspects.
Leveraging your extensive experience in technology leadership and strategy, you will be instrumental in identifying, cultivating, and closing business opportunities.
You will also play a crucial role in expanding the technical breadth of our offerings, ensuring that we continue to deliver cutting-edge solutions to our clients.
You will be a thought leader and mentor and deliver projects with both our consultants and our engineering and architecture specialists.
Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their business needs, and positioning our technology solutions and expertise to address those needs effectively.
The project types you may contribute to include:
Technology Due Diligence for Private Equity and M&A deals:
Lead technical due diligence efforts and post-deal technology-driven value creation work.
Technology Modernization and Digital Transformation:
Collaborate with clients to modernize their technology infrastructure, migrate applications to the cloud, and drive digital transformation initiatives.
Regulatory Compliance:
Help financial institutions comply with regulatory mandates by leveraging technology to analyze data, design solutions, and ensure accurate remediation and ongoing reporting.
Customer-Driven Innovation:
Assist clients in understanding their customers, strategizing, and launching innovative, technology-driven solutions to meet market demands.
Data-Driven Transformation:
Drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making by introducing analytical platforms, teams, and capabilities, and architecting and building the necessary solutions.
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with other senior leaders in the firm to define and execute business development strategies, targeting industries and sectors where your technology expertise can make a significant impact.

Business Acumen:

Commercial
Experience:
A track record of successfully selling technology solutions or services to enterprise clients, with a strong network of industry contacts.
Leadership:
Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing teams.

Technical Expertise:
Strong technical background, grounded in career experience in software engineering, with a broad knowledge of technology trends, architecture, and execution.

____The applicable base salary range for this role is $200,000 to $265,000.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements.
Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
