We are seeking a leader for a stellar group of Core Solution Engineers supporting Travel, Hospitality, Transportation, and Logistics Industry Accounts in the United States.
This particular role will require knowledge of the Travel, Transportation, Hospitality, or Logistics Industries and be expected to participate in the go-to-market planning and strategies such as the creation of Industry playbooks, Sales pipe-gen programs, event facilitation, and asset creation.
Your Impact:
The Solution Engineering Manager will recruit, onboard, coach, perform employee reviews and evaluations, and all other HR-related tasks in support of the TTH Commercial Solutions SE Team.
In addition, they will participate in strategic deals, allocate resources, and back up team members as needed to drive yearly revenue and grow the overall business.
This manager will support the team's career growth and personal development while creating a culture of innovation, collaboration, resourcefulness, and accountability.
This role will require a player-coach, actively working with their team members to solve difficult problems for our customers and the organization as a whole while maintaining a consistency of operations and timely communications through a management-by-data philosophy.
The TTH Commercial Solutions Manager must also act as an evangelist to the various internal stakeholders, co-primes, and supporting resources initiating meaningful discussions in a team selling environment.
With external customers, they will strive to build technical relationships with IT and Business executives in our most critical accounts.
This role will also be expected to partner with Area & Regional Sales VPs to grow the territory, advise our customers and generate demand across our entire portfolio.
The manager will partner with specialist leaders to support our specialization orchestration initiatives.
Minimum Requirements:
The candidate will possess good analytic capabilities, multi-tasking abilities, and be extremely well organized.
The candidate should be proficient with CRM or other Enterprise Platforms and applications with a deep knowledge of Cloud technologiesThe candidate MUST be an experienced presenter with the ability to quickly translate technology and its value to a business as well as a technical audience.
The candidate must be willing and able to provide SEs guidance on sales strategy, provide methods to help solve problems, as well as advocate on their team's behalf.
The candidate should be willing and able to articulate their customer's needs to internal resources such as Product Marketing, Development, and Sales Management to gain commitment and support.
The candidate should have a genuine interest in developing/mentoring the careers of team members by providing timely constructive feedback, expecting accountability, and offering career planning.
Preferred Requirements:
Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.
g.
extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.
)Prior Solutions management experience preferredKnowledge of or previously worked in the Travel, Transportation, Hospitality or Logistics Industries.

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $154,000 to $231250.
For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $154000 to $231250.
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
