DUTIES DESCRIPTION:
Specific duties to be performed may include, but are not limited to the following:
Maintain basic financial, accounting, and/or statistical records.
Prepare and process vouchering transactions, using known and standard formulas and methods.
Compile and prepare financial data for budgetary purposes.
Review all transactions and verify each is accurate, making corrections as necessary.
Accurately key data into various databases, software modules, Excel spreadsheets etc.
Ensure all appropriate documentation is organized and ready for proper processing.
Maintain shared mailboxes in Outlook, by assigning, distributing and filing emails.
Create, organize and maintain paper and electronic files including the scanning/faxing and photocopying of documents.
MINIMUM
Qualifications:
Candidates must have one year of experience where most work time is spent performing mathematical operations, and/or clerical activities related to mathematical operations.
