The client for this project is the NYS Office of General Services (OGS).

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise complex architectural projects for new and rehabilitation of building plans and designsSupervise and review specifications and drawings as submitted by Assistant Architects and design personnelReview technical work of consultantsCoordinate work with other disciplinesConfer with client agencies and contractorsSupervise consultant workPerform other duties as assignedArchitectural design, drafting and modifying Architectural drawings at all phasesReviewing design documents and construction estimatesAssisting in coordination with engineering consultants, and coordinating documents with MEP, Civil, and Structural drawingsResearching products and materialsPerforming constructability reviews
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited college is required.
5-10 years U.
S.
experience in building design and construction document preparation is required Demonstrated knowledge of Revit is requiredProficiency with 3D Modeling software such as Sketch Up Pro, Rhino 3D Max or Adobe Creative Suite is a plusKnowledge of International and Local Building Codes is a plusStrong conceptual, communication, planning and organization skills and capability of working both individually and in a team environment on a variety of projects and tasksPlease visit our website for all of our career opportunities at https:
