Albany, NY, Long Island, NY, New York City, NY, Brooklyn, NY or Massachusetts The position is responsible for working closely with IFM, Facility Managers, and site teams to assure proper implementation of policies, procedures and programs that promote high client satisfactionFacilitates and coordinates FM efforts to ensure that service delivery programs are developed and managed using a data-driven focus that sets priorities for improvements aligned to ongoing strategic imperativesAlso, assures that performance initiatives are focused and aligned on improving operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness; participates in organizational strategic planning and provides leadership for performance and continuous improvement policy developmentSpecial focus will be given to performance management, continuous improvement, financial management, cost savings, optimization of our FM service delivery and standardization of services for the portfolioEmphasis should be on a positive and timely response to concerns or needs of the clientReview our alignment with MSA deliverables, complete a gap analysis and develop an action planLead the FM account team in preparing account specific SOPs per MSA requirements Validate contract scope of work, schedules and frequencies Train the team on MSA account scope and implement best practices for managing scope Implement tracking tools for change controls, savings, small projects and out of scope services Align account team (IFM/Finance/Sourcing) on cost savings program and track to meet glidepath Review with service line leads to ensure risk is being managed through controlsDevelop gap and action plans Work across service line to ensure integration on services and projects Collaborates with our Performance Manager to review key metrics and measurements (SLAs, KPIs) with scorecards, reports and data-driven analysis Support site teams in the administration of all maintenance programs for the properties with special focus on critical locationsReview operational procedures at locations to assure optimal energy efficiency is achievedResponsible for collaborating with the HSSE lead to ensure adherence to the safety standards of the client and JLLDevises and updates as needed, key metrics and measurements (SLA, KPIs & CPIs) via scorecards, reports and data-driven analysis as required or outlined in the MSA Help shape the FM account team's process management approach; consult on process improvement projects as needed Demonstrates and provides continuous improvement with analysis and recommendations to the client Collaborates and shares/utilizes best practices across similar JLL accounts Help recommend and implement changes aimed at improving account performance Collaborate on the development, implementation and ongoing issuance of client reporting such as monthly, quarterly and semi-annual reports Brings to the organization any leading practices and/or innovations developed on the account to the firm Identifies opportunities both on account and within professional network to generate additional revenue - engaging the right cross-functional resources to win Bachelors Degree required Minimum 7 years experience Works with little supervisionStrong technical back groundPersonal Skills:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
