As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Single Family Residential department supporting various initiatives. $75,000-$110,000 What's the Job? Support the Single Family Residential team in customer and contractor engagement, including following customer concern issue resolution protocols. Assist project managers in handling customer concerns and complaints related to participating contractor work quality and customer engagement. Respond to general program questions from participating contractors and customers. Collect project details from various systems (training provided). Draft written communications, emails, and letters to program participants. What's Needed? Knowledge of residential building science and clean energy technologies in the residential retrofit sector. Minimum Associates Degree in environmental studies, business management, or related field OR 4
years of relevant experience. Preferred:
BPI Building Analyst, BPI Building Envelope Professional, or BPI Heating Professional Certifications Ability to develop and manage projects with little specific direction.
