Job duties include but not limited to:
Typing and filing Preparation of reports, composition of formal correspondence Maintaining mailing lists, database information, and resident records Processing accounts payable and logging accounts receivable Processing resident requests by entering work orders and following up until work is completed Working with potential clients by handling waitlist applications and scheduling/conducting tours Creating flyers and newsletter production Assist with the organization events, classes and programs as needed Clerical support to management team Other duties as assigned Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Associate Degree in Business or 2-5 years equivalent work experience Experience with Yardi software a plus Good organizational and time management skills Good oral and written communication skills Good interpersonal skills working with the residents and seniors in the community Maintain confidentiality Ability to define priorities and relate well to others Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
