You will be an important part of the on-site team taking care of the community and making it shine for the residents.
Requirements 1yr of cleaning experience (preferred) Eagerness to learn if candidate does not have experience Candidates are to be punctual, reliable and efficient Valid driver's license and vehicle Must be team oriented, customer focused and has attention to detail Requires standing, walking and stairs Responsibilities Cleaning building common hallways, breezeways, laundry rooms, rental offices/clubhouse, bathrooms Vacuuming carpets and trash removal Interested candidates may send us a detailed resume including education, work history and experience with emphasis on the elements identified above.
