Summary:
As a Facilities Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout our luxury apartment complexes.
You will perform a variety of cleaning duties to ensure that our spaces are sanitary and presentable, contributing to a positive experience for all occupants and visitors.
Responsibilities:
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors regularly to remove debris and maintain cleanliness.
Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, chairs, and fixtures.
Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures.
Empty trash receptacles, transport trash containers and replace liners as needed.
Clean and sanitize common areas, such as hallways, lobbies, and break rooms.
Restock supplies, such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels, as necessary.
Perform minor maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs and reporting any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
Follow established safety procedures and protocols at all times.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients, tenants, and visitors.
Help clean / turn over apartments to make ready for new occupants Swimming pool maintenance in the summer (cleaning, testing chemical levels) Picking up debris from the grounds Requirements:
Proven experience in cleaning and janitorial work preferred.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, as well as proper handling and disposal procedures.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in performing cleaning tasks.
Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
