Duties Description Provide excellent customer service both in-person and on the phone for building tenants and visitors.
Submit work orders in AiM (work management system) to address tenant and building issues.
Collect and disseminate information to building managers and custodial supervisors.
Assist in the new hire process which will include; scheduling interviews, collecting and submitting forms, ordering ID badges and assisting with mandatory training compliance.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
