This position has the responsibility of building and engaging our brands on a daily basis through growing an online presence for each of our customers.
Responsibilities include helping with content development, monitoring social media conversations, scheduling social media content, and staying up-to-date on trending topics among industries.
An essential component is communicating the company's brand in a positive, authentic way that will attract today's business savvy consumers through digital marketing, social media campaigns, advertising, email marketing, and more.
This position is responsible for supporting the development of multiple deliberate and intentional social media strategies that deliver results through visual imagery, thoughtful and engaging content, and specific industry-related hashtags.
Each strategy will build and grow brand awareness and create a positive online reputation for our clients.
Interns must have their own laptop, smart phone and access to stable internet.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns Create, schedule and distribute content such as blogs, infographics, videos and press releases on social media and traditional news outlets Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability Support marketing team at live and online events Perform social media marketing research Assist on influencer campaign strategy Respond to comments and DMs on social media platforms Brainstorm and research ideas for original content Create compelling graphics to share across social channels Write social media captions that speak to the company's target audience Help create and edit short-form videos Develop new strategies for increasing engagement Assist with photo/video content shoots
Qualifications:
Motivated individual; able to work with different personalities and professional styles Strong writing, interpersonal skills, and extremely resourceful Social media savvy & willingness to learn WordPress, Squarespace, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics etc.
You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, as there are multiple moving parts to our business.
Proven ability to solve problems creatively We are looking for an intuitively creative individual who is not afraid to take risks and try something new Educated or current BA/BS degree student in advertising, marketing, business, or a related field or equivalent related experience.
