Serve as travel proxy for employees, providing guidance on travel rules, rates, and contracts; auditing and processing employee expense claims; and reconciling expenses in the Statewide Financial System. Audit employee purchasing card statements for transaction reconciliation, following established procedures and agency purchasing rules. Process transactions which require mathematical calculations and knowledge of the program area where assigned, including bank account reconciliation and revenue processing.

Salary Range:
From $40193 to $49405 Annually
Minimum Qualification
One year in an Office Assistant 1 position allocated SG-6 or higher, OR HS Diploma and 1 year of experience in an administrative support role, which includes use of office software (e.g., email, word processing), provision of customer service, business writing, and/or management of an office.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
