o Assist with Oversight of Third Floor Rooms Ensures all room requests for the 3rd floor are handled timely and accurately. Set up and remove furniture, partitions, and equipment for conferences, meetings, and special events. Works with staff (both Management Services and external customers) to resolve any issues or concerns with the request. o Completion of General Work Orders Assigned to Unit Ensures all work orders created for the Outgoing Mail and Labor Unit are handled timely by assigned area. This requires working with clerical staff and/or completing orders independently. Follows up with appropriate area on any work orders pending beyond the normal expected timeframe to resolve issues and ensure completion. Work orders include but are not limited to the set up and removal of furniture, partitions, and equipment for office moves and/or reconfigurations. o Processing of Mail Ensure all mail brought to unit is processed accurately and timely. This can be both processing with the in-house meters (assigned to staff or independently) and preparing for driver to deliver to the Mail Center for processing. Responsible for ensuring the post coms of the mail to be picked up is brought to the loading dock promptly each day. o Communication with Customers In the completion of work orders assigned, handles non-standard requests or when escalated or requested by the customer. Provides the Assistant Office Services Manager with necessary updates on issues that may impact our services. o Special Projects Work with Office Services staff on special projects, as assigned by the Assistant Office Services Manager. This can include special (local) delivery or pick-ups, reviewing and verifying facility details such as name signs, lights or telephone, or other special requests that may arise.

Salary Range:
From $34152 to $42251 Annually
Minimum Qualification
There are no education or experience qualifications for this title. Applicants must be physically able to perform the tasks of the position and be able to understand and carry out written or oral instructions. You must also possess a valid New York State driver's license.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
