Assess, instruct & prepare patients prior to surgeryEnsure that operative and informed consents are signed and correctTake and record vital statistics of patients to ensure readiness for surgicalprocedureInitiate IVs and ensure patients are informed about procedureAssess patients post-operative conditionMonitor vital signs and other measurements of progress, meeting dischargecriteriaLog all findings in patient filesAnswer patient questions and ensure patient comfortMonitor patients for condition changes, reporting any changes to physicianPerform intervention duties during post-operative emergenciesSupplemental Health Care has won Best of Staffing awards 6-years in a row.
