Computer Support Specialists - Equiliem
The Business Requirements Analyst's role is to elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of project stakeholders, whether they are customers or end users.
This includes interviewing stakeholders and gathering and compiling user requirements to convey to development teams throughout the software lifecycle.
The Business Analyst will also apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help support the development process, and to ensure that project deliverables are met according to specifications.
The specialist will also review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics.
Qualifications:
oSound Experience in Business/Systems Analysis oExperience collaborating cross-functionally with different business stakeholders, clients, and team oStrong expertise in technical documentation like Data Flow Diagrams, Use Cases, Functional Specifications, High Level Design, etc.
oExcellent interpersonal and communication skills oAnalytical skills oProven ability to understand business ideas/problems and develop technology solutions enable/solve business ideas/problems oAbility to understand customer needs and perform sound business analysis work Ability to comprehend and translate business requirements into technical specifications oExperience in developing Software Requirements Specification (SRS) oFamiliarity with JIRA and GITHUB.
oWorking knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Linux operating systems oEducation:

- Position is vacant, hours are Monday-Friday 8:
00am-4:
00pm minus a 1/2 hour lunch break for a total of 37.
