WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
The Site Attendant will provide excellent customer service to our guests in a rental or arcade capacity.
Assist and ensure customers are satisfied with the products and services.
The Site Attendant will need to be mechanically inclined to perform light repairs on mobility, lockers, and amusement equipment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Maintains a friendly attitude while providing product information and answering guest inquiries Troubleshoots minor operational issues with the equipment, including mobility rentals, lockers, and amusement games Handles the upkeep of equipment Assists guests with amusement games and prize selection, as well as stocks claw-style games and redemption center Maintains a clean and orderly area around assigned location Performs other duties as assigned WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
High school diploma or equivalent Retail experience preferred Experience in equipment maintenance a plus Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions Able to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Must be able to work a flexible schedule which may include weekends and/or holidays Professional attitude in a fast-paced environment Work with us and turn your job into a job you'll love!
