Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall performance of the operation, achieving revenue and profit goals, training, guest satisfaction, staffing, scheduling and all other administrative tasks Cost control/planning Responsible for maintaining compliance regarding brand standards Work closely with all departments, corporate and ownership to ensure goals are being achieved Hotel General Manager Requirements:
Great knowledge of financials Associates/Bachelor's Degree At least one year experience as a hotel manager Experience with brands such as Hilton or Marriott The ability to develop the leadership qualities of all staff Open availability is required.
Must cover any shift when required Recommended Skills Administration Finance Leadership Management Accounting Profit Based Sales Targets Branding Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
