Maintenance Laborer
Overview:

Housing Visions is a not-for-profit Developer, General Contractor, and Property Manager with a mission to be the catalyst for sustainable positive change in neighborhoods through real estate development and community collaboration.
Based out of Syracuse, NY, Housing Visions works throughout Upstate New York and Pennsylvania.
This is a Full Time benefit eligible position, Monday Thursday 7:
00 am - 4:
30pm, Friday 7:
00am-11:
00am.
Pay Range is $16-$18/hour.

Responsibilities:
Perform tasks involving the interior and exterior physical appearance (curb appeal) and upkeep of housing units.
Assist in the completion of orders, turnovers, and project in a safe and timely manner.
Communicates significant incidents, issues and or concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Qualifications:
Valid drivers license with no major restrictions and acceptable to Housing Visions insurance carrier required.
Reliable vehicle for daily use Ability to operate all tools and equipment related to facility maintenance Ability to lift up to 60lbs Recommended Skills Maintenance Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
