9K - $67K a year We are looking for an energetic HR Manager to join our team that supports the Corporate Office.
The role is ideal for a strategic, personable, hands-on, self-starter with demonstrated experience in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, Benefits & Leave, Performance Management, HR Compliance, and Learning and Development.
If you have demonstrated 3-5 years of progressively higher-level HR experience and ability to lead, manage and mentor teams this may be your next opportunity.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing strategic administration and daily operations of the Central Office Human Resources team and functions including management coaching, learning and development, recruitment and retention, policies, procedures and compliance, health and safety, facility operations, and compensation.
The Research Foundation currently offers a hybrid work environment providing the flexibility to work on-site in our downtown Albany office as well as remotely.
Due to the nature of the work and the people this position serves flexibility is a must.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
