Servicing Support Specialist

Assisting Team Leads as needed with projects.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities Track closed and pending Mortgage loans using pipeline in Encompass; this includes the receipt of documentation from closing agents for tracking and disbursement needs.
Maintain reports to track the receipt of pending documents and closing files.
Organize each file to the Mortgage checklist, attaching a Quality Control Sheet.
Review all documents within the files to ensure all information is accurate and correct.
Identify incorrect or missing documents, communicating and obtaining from closing agent.
Pull essential documents from Encompass that is needed in the booking process.
Ensure Schedule A's are scanned into CoreLogic's folder Ensure Hazard, Flood and/or Master Condo policies are scanned into AFR's Correct any information sent back from Counties to obtain the Recorded Mortgages.
Review weekly DIG Address Mismatch report and update systems Review return mortgage servicing mail updating system as well as ensuring member receives returned notices Mortgage payments received in-house or mail post payments to mortgage loans on Servicing Director.
Contact member if necessary regarding any payment discrepancies.
Scan loan payment envelopes daily Book mortgage loans as needed Back up for Loan Servicing Clerical Assistant as needed Assist Team Leads with projects as needed Other duties as assigned Credentials, Experience and Skills High School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree (G.

) A minimum of 1 year of experience in mortgage servicing.
Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel Detailed knowledge of all internal programs and applications i.
e.
E3, Fiserv DNA, etc.
Your ability to be bonded is required Starting Compensation:
$18.
91-$22.
69/hr.
