Summary:
Responsible for answering Internet Leads, Inbound Phone Calls and providing appropriate support and follow-up to those customers.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is results oriented and self-motivated to contribute to the growth of the dealerships business and overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities - Manage incoming internet and phone inquiries and proactively pursue additional customer leads Listen and be attentive to customer needs and priorities in order to provide appropriate suggestions and guidance on our vehicle offerings Work in close partnership with Sales staff to provide qualified leads and detailed information on customer requirements Meet specified monthly targets and goals Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive, roll-up your sleeves attitude Requirements - Prior customer relations or BDC experience preferred but not necessary At least 1 year of Internet Sales or BDC experience in an automotive setting preferred but not necessary High school diploma or GED equivalent Excellent customer relationship skills Self-starter, motivated and success driven Confident, positive, and high energy presence Strong communication skills Team-oriented with a desire to achieve both individual and collective goals Valid driver's license Must be able to pass background and drug screenings Volvo Cars Albany/ McGovern Automotive Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer Recommended Skills Automotive Industry Communication Confident And Emotionally Stable Customer Demand Planning Customer Relationship Management Customer Satisfaction Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
