AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN
JD TIRE has immediate openings for full time auto technicians, preferably 3 - 5 years experience minimum, who can service all makes and models.
We handle everything from tires, brakes and front end, exhaust, accessories, timing belts, engines, transmissions, clutches.
JD TIRE also specializes in lift kits, classic and performance cars.
Light duty technicians are also encouraged to apply for a position that would include wholesale tire delivery duties.
Positions are hourly, not flat rate.
We have a growing loyal customer base along with new customers every day and need positions filled to keep up with our busy shop schedule.
Responsibilities include but are not limited toChecking over vehicles thoroughly and communicate issues to teammatesDiagnose and repair customer vehiclesProviding excellent customer service Qualifications in addition to mechanical skillsCommunicate effectively and work well with others in a professional manner Time management - managing one's own time and time of othersBasic Computer skillsClean Driving RecordOwn your own toolsNYSI license - either currently have or obtain once employed Benefits include:
