Ability to tape, plaster or patch walls and ceilings for a semi-gloss finish. Ability to paint drywall, plaster, steel, texture surfaces and floors. Ability to work at heights, setting scaffolding and running lifts to complete task. Ability to enter and retrieve work orders from a computerized maintenance management system. Willingness to attend asbestos and other hazardous material awareness training as scheduled. Experience in prepping and painting metal and aluminum material for a semi-gloss finish. Experience in installing and removing wallpaper. Valid New York State driver's license required.

Salary Range:
From $22.76 to $22.76 Hourly
Minimum Qualification
Four years of full-time experience in painting under a skilled tradesperson which would provide training equivalent to that given in a training, apprenticeship, or equivalent program; or an equivalent combination of experience and training gained by completion of technical courses in painting at a school, institute, or branch of the Armed Services. This position may be filled from a mandatory reemployment list if one is in effect at the time of appointment. Candidates may be expected to be qualified to use negative pressure respirators. Valid New York State driver's license required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
