Senior Administrative Analyst

- Fulfill all project lead responsibilities for agency-wide implementation of DEI-related legislative mandates, such as Gender X, Asian American Pacific Islander Data Disaggregation, and Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity. - Develop and implement project charters for priority agency and divisional projects. - Implement project management tools and methodologies; fulfill project management duties for key projects. - Maintain all project folders, teams channels, work plans, portfolio dashboard, and documents for respective projects. - Participate and represent DEI office on interagency workgroups dedicated to equity, LGBTQIA
communities, and DEI-related initiatives that impact outcomes for persons with DD and their families. - Liaise with OPWDD Division of Intergovernmental Affairs and other OPWDD divisions to understand and help implement DEI-related legislation. -Provide project support and feedback on memos, regulations, plans, protocols, and ADMs authored by the DEI Office. -Author memos, correspondence, and resources for OPWDD staff related to legislative mandates and best practices. -Provide technical assistance to staff on data collection, data reporting, use of pronouns, and other DEI-related needs in accordance with the law. -Liaise with internal and external partners (e.g., Community of Practice on Cultural and Linguistic Competence, community-based organizations, multicultural provider associations) to develop and implement best practices for cultural and linguistic competence. -Support the activities and approaches in the DEI Bureau of Cultural and Linguistic Competence, including policy work, community engagement, and language access. -Actively participate on internal DEI working groups and committees and provide support as needed. -Partner with Chief Diversity Officer to build/support project management infrastructure and a team-based environment within DEI Office. #LI-JB2

Salary Range:
From $61270 to $77912 Annually
Minimum Qualification
Candidates must be reachable for appointment on the current Civil Service Eligible List, Professional Careers Opportunity (PCO) or OPWDD's Central Office Public Administration Traineeship Transition (PATT). Appointment will be made at the traineeship level. OR Transfer:
Candidates must have one year of permanent competitive or 55-b/c status in the posted title and be eligible for lateral transfer; OR be eligible to transfer via Section 70.1, 70.4, or 52.6 of Civil Service Law. The transfer cannot be a second consecutive transfer resulting in an advancement of more than two salary grades. The position may be filled at the Administrative Analyst Trainee 1 level equated to SG-13, ($46,529), Administrative Analyst Trainee 2 level equated to SG-14 ($49,202) or full performance Senior Administrative Analyst SG-18 ($61,270), based on education and experience. Candidates hired at the trainee level will be advanced to the full performance Senior Administrative Analyst SG-18 following the successful completion of the traineeship.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
