These departments allow firm attorneys to focus solely on the practice of law while an innovative management team navigates the challenges of the business side of the law on their behalf.
The ideal attorney will have experience representing parents and students in implementing special education accommodations and supports for children of all ages, including but not limited to demanding evaluations and developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act plans (504 plans) that incorporate Functional Behavioral Assessments and Behavior Intervention Plans, as well as commencing and litigating Due Process proceedings.
Preferred experience should include representing students in Dignity of All Students Act (DASA) investigations, disciplinary matters, including Superintendent Hearings, and appeals before County and State agencies.
Compensation is based on experience.
Lateral Partners will be rewarded for origination and/or portable business.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
