Lessing's Food Service Management has a Business Development Manager position available in the Upstate NY/New England region.
This person must be an organized self-starter who is able to work independently.
They will be responsible for ensuring profitable market growth through the procurement of B&I, Healthcare, and Education institution accounts.
The ideal candidate should be based in the Albany area with a sales territory stretching from Buffalo to Boston, and throughout Connecticut.

Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations Work with Corporate Business Development team on RFPs Ability to multi-task and establish priorities Increase number of B&I/education accounts across the territory Cold calling and prospecting to develop markets Assist in retention of existing accounts Strong time management and territory development skills Computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint High energy, positive attitude and excellent communication/presentation skills Job
Qualifications:
Interested candidates should experience of 5
years Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must This position entails 75% travel within the territory Financial literacy/business acumen with strong attention to detail Previous Sales experience in the B&I/education food service management industry High degree of personal accountability and integrity The Company:
