Capital District Beginnings is currently seeking floating support to join our Self-Contained Classroom.
Must be available to float between seven self-contained sites based on the daily need.
We currently serve and have openings in the_ following counties_:
Albany Rensselaer Saratoga Schenectady As a Beginnings' Self-Contained support, you will work closely with the Special Education Teachers, therapists, TA's and 1:
1's in our self-contained preschool programs.
In this position you will work directly with children ages 2-5 years-old Beginnings five-hour program day and then participate in classroom meetings, professional development, preparation, cleaning and planning with the classroom team.
The hours for this position are Monday-Friday with a variable schedule based on classroom site ranging between the hours of 8:
00am - 2:
00pm, and follows a school calendar including a six-week summer program.
This position starts immediately upon hire.
Our pay rate is based on education and experience.
We offer a strong benefits package in addition to sick/personal time, paid holidays and snow days.
Paid break week time after one year of service.
