Senior Administrative Analyst

The Division of Fiscal Policy and Management (DFPM) is responsible for all budgetary and fiscal activities required to support OPWDD's mission of helping people with developmental disabilities live richer lives. The duties of the Senior Administrative Analyst include but are not limited to:
- Provide support to the Director of Financial Administration and functions of the unit - Responsible for business approvals and processing of Information Technology System Management (ITSM) requests - Make changes to the policy manual and guidelines as needed - Train new business approvers - Manage mobile device project, monitor mobile device use, follow up with mobile device users to deactivate service when no longer required - Work with users to update devices and services - Responsible for monthly PPE inventory tracking - Provide recommendations for PPE orders to maintain adequate supply - Support Business Office oversight functions of the Director Telecommuting to be discussed at interview

Salary Range:
From $61270 to $77912 Annually
Minimum Qualification
Candidates must be reachable for appointment on the current Civil Service Eligible List, Professional Careers Opportunity (PCO) or OPWDD's Central Office Public Administration Traineeship Transition (PATT). Appointment will be made at the traineeship level. OR Transfer:
Candidates must have one year of permanent competitive or 55-b/c status in the posted title and be eligible for lateral transfer; OR be eligible to transfer via Section 70.1, 70.4, or 52.6 of Civil Service Law. The transfer cannot be a second consecutive transfer resulting in an advancement of more than two salary grades. The position may be filled at the Administrative Analyst Trainee 1 level equated to SG-13, ($46,529), Administrative Analyst Trainee 2 level equated to SG-14 ($49,202) or full performance Senior Administrative Analyst SG-18 ($61,270), based on education and experience. Candidates hired at the trainee level will be advanced to the full performance Senior Administrative Analyst SG-18 following the successful completion of the traineeship.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
