Senior Administrative Analyst

The Senior Administrative Analyst will work in the Workforce Transformation unit under the direction of a supervisor or manager to build relationships with internal and external partners while implementing the workforce transformation initiatives focusing on building pathways for direct support professionals, including building the field through core competency-based training and certification. This position is ideal for someone interested in addressing workforce challenges in the I/DD system. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Administers the e-badge academy accounts, including establishing accounts, monitoring participant progress and transitioning account to other programs as needed. - Participates in project meetings. - Contributes to the development of workforce initiative work plans. - Conducts research on direct support best practices, including the methodology for tracking the success of the workforce initiatives and makes recommendations to further success or for improvements. - Prepares high-quality, concise written documents (e.g., policies and procedures, timelines, tables/charts to illustrate summary data, presentations, key talking points, white papers, proposals, reports, etc.).

Salary Range:
From $61270 to $77912 Annually
Minimum Qualification
Candidates must be reachable for appointment on the current Civil Service Eligible List, Professional Careers Opportunity (PCO) or OPWDD's Central Office Public Administration Traineeship Transition (PATT). Appointment will be made at the traineeship level. OR Transfer:
Candidates must have one year of permanent competitive or 55-b/c status in the posted title and be eligible for lateral transfer; OR be eligible to transfer via Section 70.1, 70.4, or 52.6 of Civil Service Law. The transfer cannot be a second consecutive transfer resulting in an advancement of more than two salary grades. The position may be filled at the Administrative Analyst Trainee 1 level equated to SG-13, ($46,529), Administrative Analyst Trainee 2 level equated to SG-14 ($49,202) or full performance Senior Administrative Analyst SG-18 ($61,270), based on education and experience. Candidates hired at the trainee level will be advanced to the full performance Senior Administrative Analyst SG-18 following the successful completion of the traineeship.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
