Senior Administrative Analyst

The Office of Property Supports and Emergency Services is a centralized support office whose mission is to provide a standardized team approach to the management of Physical Plant Maintenance, Capital Services, Safety and Security, Fire Safety, Emergency Management, Environmental Services, and Food Preparation. The Senior Administrative Analyst duties include but are not limited to:
- Prepare monthly Disbursement & Projection Reports on all OPWDD Capital Services Projects. - Serve as a budget liaison to OPWDD Budget Office, DDSO Business Offices, OGS, & DASNY. - Assist in preparing the annual OPWDD Capital Services Budget Request. - Obtain all required project budget approvals. - Maintain and provide private activity database for all OPWDD properties and report to DASNY. - Collect pertinent data through various means such as related reports and documents, interviews, conferences, questionnaires, reports, and on-site observations. - Prepare project status reports and advise management on recommendations. - Prepare pertinent analyses, such as cost/benefit analysis, systems alternatives analysis, or alternative program solutions analysis. - Develop findings and recommendations along with supporting charts and documents for review by supervisor.

Salary Range:
From $61270 to $77912 Annually
Minimum Qualification
Eligible List:
Candidates must be reachable for appointment on the current Professional Careers Opportunity (PCO) or OPWDD's Central Office Public Administration Traineeship Transition (PATT) lists. Appointment will be made at the traineeship level. OR:
Transfer:
Candidates must have one year of permanent competitive or 55-b/c status in the posted title and be eligible for lateral transfer; OR be eligible to transfer via Section 70.1, 70.4, or 52.6 of Civil Service Law. The transfer cannot be a second consecutive transfer resulting in an advancement of more than two salary grades. The position may be filled at the Administrative Analyst Trainee 1 level equated to SG-13 ($46,529), Administrative Analyst Trainee 2 level equated to SG-14 ($49,202) or full performance Senior Administrative Analyst SG-18 ($61,270), based on education and experience. Candidates hired at the trainee level will be advanced to the full performance Senior Administrative Analyst SG-18 following the successful completion of the traineeship.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
