Summary:
The applicant must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle and prioritize multiple, competing tasks and demands and to seek supervisory assistance as appropriate. The candidate is expected to manage multiple infrastructure projects including planning, building, and documenting. Duties and
Responsibilities:
Serve as an escalation resource for help desk tickets Anticipate infrastructure needs and proactively address them Implement new platform technology as required including networking, firewalls, servers, and back office applications Create detailed documentation of infrastructure systems Maintain infrastructure systems including patching, firmware, and upgrades as required Troubleshoot system issues and work with team members and outside vendors to resolve Train other members of the team on infrastructure systems and software
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years' experience with infrastructure hardware and software Advanced understanding of ethernet networks and firewall configuration (Cisco and Fortinet preferred) Advanced understanding of Windows Server environments Advanced understand of server virtualization technologies (VMWare, Hyper-V) Experience troubleshooting and maintaining a VoIP phone system Professional certifications such A+, Network+, MCSE, CCNA preferred Strong communication skills and ability to work cohesively with users and team Strong documentation skills and attention to detail, with the ability to create, edit, and refine complex technical documents Ability to work collaboratively with employees within department and across functions Excellent written and verbal skills and fluent in English Must be detail-oriented and have ability to manage priorities and deadlines, High energy with the capability to multi-task in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization Must be legal to work in the United States (A citizen or national of the United States, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work) Ability to learn company's proprietary applications and programs Must have reliable vehicle for travel between locations locally Rotational on call responsibilities
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
