Collaborating with business management, stakeholders, and project team members to refine project scope, and overseeing development of comprehensive project plans for on-time completion Leading multiple cross-functional project teams to successful completion of projects that are typically medium to large in scale that directly impact the Division. Appropriately leveraging global resources across the Division/Business/Staff Unit as well as across several disciplines, to achieve timely completion of project deliverables. Leading scoping, program design, data collection, prioritization, and assembly of program components. Actively participating in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, complies with professional and quality standards, complies with corporate policies and procedures, and acts in a manner consistent with 3M's values and ethical standards. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution OR High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and twelve (12) years of experience in technical project management Ten (10) combined years of project management and/or team leadership experience in a private, public, government, or military environment Experience working with product owners and/or business partners in a technical space Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution Project Management Institute's Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Certification in Agile Scrum Master or Product Owner role Proven ability to meet timelines set in project plans, take individual initiative and responsibility for assignments, and produce high-quality outcomes Demonstrated ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Microsoft Office and Project proficient Healthcare data related experience Experience leading a development team during the design and architecture phase
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Technical Project ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
