Lemery Greisler LLC, a Capital Region business law firm, with offices in Albany and Saratoga Springs, New York, is seeking an Associate Attorney with three to five years' experience in real estate transactions, title insurance, commercial leasing, and land use.

The position is located in our downtown Albany office location, with parking provided.

This is a full-time position Duties include but are not limited to:
Providing quality, professional legal representation to clients Assisting in the preparation of legal documents pertaining to real estate transactions Managing and maintaining client relationships Communicating with counsel regarding legal matters Performing other duties as assigned by the attorney or management team Maintaining confidentiality of client information.
Required
Experience:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of attorney experience in real estate/title.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines at one time.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
